Yorkshire Puddings with Caramelised Banana & Vanilla Ice Cream





**Ingredients:**

- 1 cup of Yorkshire pudding mix

- 1 cup of plant-based milk

- 1 banana, sliced

- 2 tbsp brown sugar

- 1 tbsp vegan butter

- 2 scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream


**Instructions:**

1. Preheat the oven and prepare Yorkshire puddings according to the mix instructions.

2. In a pan, melt vegan butter and add brown sugar. Stir until it caramelises. Add banana slices and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

3. Fill each Yorkshire pudding with caramelised banana slices and top with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream. Serve immediately.
