  • UK Shipping: We ship our vegan scratchings across the UK using reliable, tracked services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

  • International Shipping: Yes, we ship abroad! International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

  • Dispatch Times: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

  • Delivery Times: UK orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.

  • Delivery Address: Please double-check your delivery details when ordering—we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

  • Delays: While we do our best to get your snacks to you quickly, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control (like postal delays or customs for international orders).

  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to sort it out—just send us your order details and a photo if possible.

    Where we ship: Most of Western Europe (including Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Austria, Switzerland), USA, and Canada.
    If your country isn’t listed, please contact us before ordering.

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for international orders (except for proven damage in transit).
