Shipping

• We ship across the UK and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct; we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

Shelf Life & Storage

• Our scratchings have a 12-month shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place.

• Once opened, reseal your pouch or jar and enjoy within a week for best crunch.

Allergens & Ingredients

• All scratchings are 100% vegan and made from plant-based ingredients. Ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product page and packaging.

• Our products are not currently gluten-free.
